Job description

About the Role
Club Champion is looking for a Demo Supervisor to lead our demo-build team and keep our national fleet of demo golf clubs in top shape. You'll oversee everything from building and quality-checking demo equipment to shipping products to our store locations and accounting for them upon the products end of life. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in precision, runs a tight ship, and likes solving problems before they become bigger ones.
What You'll Do
  • Lead and schedule the demo-build team, keeping quality, safety, and production deadlines on track.
  • Oversee the full build process - component prep, shaft and head assembly, epoxy work, gripping, finishing, and packaging - to make sure every demo club meets our build standards.
  • Train, coach, and evaluate team members to build a strong, reliable crew.
  • Track demo equipment sent to stores nationwide and manage the recall process to get as much of it back as possible for resale.
  • Build simple, reliable systems (tagging, logging, checklists) so demo inventory never goes missing.
  • Partner with store teams to hold them accountable for demo equipment in their care.
  • Dig into inventory and loss data to spot trends and come up with practical ways to reduce loss and improve recovery rates.
  • Work closely with Operations, Purchasing, and Fitter Support to keep demo equipment available and cost-effective.

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in club building, manufacturing, or hands-on production work.
  • 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, or a related field is a plus, but not require
  • Knowledge of golf club assembly, build standards, and quality control
  • A proactive, detail-oriented problem-solver who's comfortable owning inventory accuracy and accountability.
  • Experience with inventory tracking, asset management, or loss prevention is a big plus.
  • Solid organizational and communication skills - you can lead a team and hold outside stakeholders accountable.
  • Comfortable with ERP systems and MS Office.
