Job description

Position: Part-Time Golf Shop Associate
Department: Bounty Club
Office Location: Nashville, TN
Bounty Club is seeking a part-time Golf Shop Associate to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is friendly, professional, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced private club environment.
The ideal candidate must be able to take initiative, work independently, manage multiple tasks at one time, and stay organized throughout the day. This role includes assisting members and guests, supporting daily golf shop operations, maintaining merchandise displays, restocking product, helping with inventory, and keeping the shop clean, polished, and organized.
Responsibilities include:
  • Greet and assist members and guests in a warm, professional manner
  • Help with sales, merchandise, inventory, and daily shop operations
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and elevated golf shop presentation
  • Restock, fold, steam, tag, and display apparel and accessories
  • Take initiative and complete tasks without constant direction
  • Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Assist with tournaments, events, and special projects as needed

Requirements:
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
  • Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
  • Must be available to work any day Tuesday through Sunday
  • Must be available for shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
  • Part-time position, approximately 24 hours per week
  • Must be able to work through November

Compensation:
  • $20/hour
