Sales Representative – On-Site | Paid Training | No Weekends

Are you looking for an opportunity to build your career, develop your sales skills, and grow with a company that invests in its people?

This is a full-time, in-person position — Monday through Friday, no weekends.

Direct Fairways is a fast-growing, 100% Employee-Owned Company (ESOP) that has grown from one office into a nationwide sales organization with 300+ employees across 7 offices. Our success starts with our people — we build strong teams, invest in development, and create real opportunities for motivated individuals.

We're looking for a self-motivated, coachable, and competitive Sales Representative who's ready to learn. No previous sales experience is required — our paid training and ongoing coaching are designed to help you build the skills and confidence to succeed.

  • $15.15/hour- up to $40/hour (Performance-based)
  • 10–20% commission
  • $1,000–$2,500 monthly bonus opportunities
  • Daily cash incentives
  • Weekly pay + $100 sign-on bonus
