About the Role

We're looking for an energetic, patient, and playful Early Childhood Golf Instructor to lead our morning golf classes for super young beginners. These classes are designed for ages 3-5, with parents present to support a fun, safe, and confidencebuilding environment.

What You'll Do
  • Lead engaging, ageappropriate golf activities that focus on movement, coordination, and simple fundamentals
  • Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for both kids and parents
  • Demonstrate skills clearly and safely using modified equipment
  • Keep classes structured, upbeat, and developmentally appropriate
  • Communicate with parents before/after class as needed
  • Ensure a safe learning environment at all times

Requirements

  • Experience working with young children (preschool, camps, sports, childcare, etc.)
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Friendly, patient, and enthusiastic personality
  • Ability to manage a small group with parents present
  • Basic golf knowledge (we'll train you on curriculum)
  • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable leading groups
  • ECE certification is a plus
