If you enjoy solving puzzles, talking shop, and turning prints into accurate quotes, you’ll fit right in.

Why People Love Working at Pro‐CAM

We asked the team what makes this place different. Here’s what they said:

  • Paid lunches - if you’re here for 10 hours, you’re paid for 10 hours.
  • Day shift, Monday–Friday - predictable schedule, real evenings.
  • Fast track to 3 weeks’ vacation - plus flexible case‐by‐case time off.
  • A modern 38,000 sq. ft. shop - CNC mills, CNC lathes, CNC routers, and a steady flow of interesting work.
  • A culture built on respect - show up, communicate, and help the team win.

What You’ll Do

  • Review prints and mentally process machining steps
  • Estimate setup times, cycle times, and overall job cost
  • Work directly with customers and internal teams
  • Help improve quoting accuracy and workflow efficiency
  • Bring machining experience into the sales/estimating process

If you’ve ever looked at a print and immediately thought, “I know exactly how I’d run this,” you’re already halfway there.

What We’re Looking For

  • Machining experience - required
  • Someone who enjoys problem‐solving and thinking through processes
  • Someone who communicates clearly and professionally
  • Someone who fits a no‐drama, adult‐run shop culture
  • Someone who wants to grow with a dynamic, tech‐forward company

Bonus points if you’ve ever said, “Let me quote it”

Benefits

  • Pay based on experience
  • Medical insurance
  • Company‐matching SIMPLE IRA
  • Vacation pay
  • Holiday pay
