Position Overview: ย We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Daxer Tool, a leading CNC Machine Shop Tooling Supplier. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for supporting customers and a solid understanding of CNC machining processes. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base, providing exceptional service to existing clients, and driving revenue growth.ย 

Responsibilities:

  • ย Customer Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular communication, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their CNC machining requirements and recommend suitable tooling solutions from our product portfolio.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation:
    • Actively engage in outbound and inbound sales activities to generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into customers.
    • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively communicating product features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.
  • Product Expertise:
    • Develop a deep understanding of our CNC machine tooling products, their applications, and advantages in various machining processes.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and technological advancements to position our offerings effectively.
  • Quoting and Pricing:
    • Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for customers based on their specifications, volume requirements, and pricing guidelines.โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹
    • Negotiate terms and pricing within established guidelines to ensure win-win solutions for the company and customers.
  • Order Processing and Follow-Up:

    • Coordinate closely with theย teamย to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any potential issues.
  • Collaboration:
    • โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹Work closely with the outside sales team to align strategies and support their efforts in field sales activities.
    • Collaborate with ourย team to create product information materials, and campaigns that drive sales growth.

Qualifications:

  • โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the industrial machinery or CNC machining tooling industry.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and communicate complex machining concepts.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and ERP systems to manage leads, opportunities, and orders.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Spanish or Vietnamese language proficiency is a plus.
