Industrial Sewing Machine Operator | Henderson, NV


Nexeo is hiring an experienced Industrial Sewing Machine Operator for a fast-paced textile manufacturing facility in Henderson. If you have experience operating Juki sewing machines, thrive in a high-speed production environment, and take pride in quality workmanship, we want to hear from you!

This is an excellent opportunity for skilled sewing machine operators with strong production backgrounds looking for stable, full-time hours in a growing manufacturing setting.


Responsibilities

  • Operate industrial sewing machines, including Juki single-needle and overlock machines
  • Work on a textile production line
  • Fill pillows and dog beds with fiber materials
  • Close pillows within 6 seconds per unit (approximately 5–9 pillows per minute)
  • Maintain consistent production speed and quality standards
  • Follow all manufacturing safety guidelines and production procedures
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality control standards are met


Qualifications

  • Proven experience operating Juki sewing machines
  • Experience with single-needle and overlock industrial sewing machines
  • Previous production or manufacturing experience (required)
  • Ability to meet high-volume production quotas
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (leaving only during scheduled breaks)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Reliable attendance and consistent productivity
  • Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset


Pay

$17.00–$18.00 per hour
