Day Shift Machine Operator
Terre Haute, IN
General Shale, Inc., the nation's leading manufacturer of brick and masonry materials, is seeking a Day Shift Machine Operator to join our Terre Haute, Indiana manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with manufacturing experience who can operate automated equipment safely and efficiently while supporting plant operations.
Position Overview:
The Day Shift Machine Operator is responsible for operating automated manufacturing equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and supporting production goals in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role requires independence, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in varying temperatures.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate automated manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
  • Perform cleaning and preventative maintenance duties
  • Work independently to meet production goals
  • Utilize basic computer skills to support production tracking and reporting
  • Assist with continuous improvement and housekeeping initiatives

Qualifications:
