SureStaff is hiring Machine Operators for a leading facility in Muncie. This is a hands on production role where you will run equipment, support assembly, and help keep production moving. If you have manufacturing experience and want steady hours, weekly pay, and a path to grow, this is the opportunity for you
Pay: $16.50-$17/hr

What you will do
  Operate CNC machines, grinders, assembly presses, and test stations
  Set up machines, complete changeovers, and perform basic maintenance
  Support assembly, packaging, labeling, and material handling
  Read blueprints and follow work instructions to meet quality standards
  Use measuring tools like calipers and micrometers
  Follow safety procedures and keep your work area clean and organized
  Help solve production issues and keep operations running smoothly

What we are looking for
  At least 9 months of manufacturing experience
  Experience in automotive manufacturing is a plus
  Comfort working with machines and production equipment
  Ability to work in a fast paced environment and stay flexible
