A leading orthodontic braces manufacturer is hiring multiple temp-to-hire Machine Operator openings available. 

They offer a climate-controlled environment, strong work-life balance, career development, and a supportive team atmosphere. As a Machine Operatore, you will be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the facility, helping to produce high-quality medical products used in healthcare settings. This is a hands-on role that’s perfect for detail-oriented and patient individuals who are reliable and ready to grow with a great company.

Machine Operator Associate Duties:
  • Operate machinery following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to produce medical equipment
  • Complete quality checks to ensure products are clean, cut to specification, and polished
  • Package completed medical products in proper containers
  • Identify and report any defects in products
  • Rotate between production areas as needed
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30PM

Pay: $16.50 per hour
  • Bonuses available after 3 and 6 months upon permanent hire
Machine Operator Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of Machine operation experience
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 25lbs consistently throughout shift
  • Must be able to stand on your feet throughout shift
