Our client is searching for Fiberglass Molding, Fabrication, & Machine Operators. Pay ranges $15.50 - $18.00, depending on department.

Fiberglass General Labor Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $15.50 to $18.00 /hour
  • Full Time work available
  • Various shifts available (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 04:30pm)

We are currently hiring for multiple positions across all departments in our fiberglass manufacturing facility.

This is a great opportunity to get started in a hands-on, fast-paced production environment with room to grow and develop new skills.

Job Areas Include:

  • Machine operation
  • Material handling and staging
  • Product assembly and installation prep
  • Final finish and quality control
  • Resin/chop application processes
  • General production support and cross-training

Schedules based on departments, and may include one of the following shifts:

  • Monday - Friday 7am-3:30pm
  • Monday - Thursday 6am-4:30pm

Fiberglass General Labor Qualifications:

  • Operate machinery and tools in accordance with safety and quality standards
  • Handle raw materials and finished products, including lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Follow written and verbal instructions to complete daily tasks
  • Read blueprints and use tape measures (for certain positions)
  • Perform accurate measurements and basic math calculations
  • Work in areas that may involve high heat and direct contact with fiberglass materials
  • Be open to cross-training and rotate between departments as needed
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
  • Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
