Desktop Support Specialist is to provide day-to-day support for Windows and MAC computer workstation hardware and software. 
Must Haves:
- 5+ years desktop support experience 
- MAC experience is a requirement. 
Duties routinely performed by this position include: 
- Computer workstation installation, imaging, and repair; account creation and management 
- Providing Tier 1 and 2 user support and troubleshooting
The Desktop Tech is expected to become proficient in the support and installation of both MAC OS and Microsoft Office 365 applications, VPN software, and any other applications.
