Job Overview:
 
Pay Range: $59.05hr - $64.05hr
  • Responsible for leading brand strategy, commercial planning, and business performance as a mini-GM for the assigned brand. 
  • The role involves driving brand growth, managing forecasting and business planning, influencing revenue outcomes, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders including senior leadership and partners. This position requires strong executive presence, strategic thinking, and the ability to operate independently in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Strong experience in brand management, category leadership, or commercial strategy.
  • Experience in commercial marketing and business planning.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to represent the brand externally.
  • Ability to operate independently with confidence in ambiguous environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
