  • Design brand- and categoryโ€‘specific launch frameworks that ensure new luxury businessesโ€”including Fine & High Jewelry, Luxury Watches, and Men's Tailored Clothingโ€”are operationally prepared for successful launch and longโ€‘term growth.
  • Serve as the central leader responsible for coordinating and aligning Merchandising, Stores, Digital, Customer Experience, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Vendor Relations, Strategy, and other business partners to deliver consistent execution across the luxury portfolio.
  • Influence cross-functional priorities, remove organizational barriers, elevate execution, and drive accountability to ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives.
  • Establish and lead an operating cadence that includes weekly business performance reviews, monthly brand deepโ€‘dives, quarterly business reviews, and ongoing executive reporting.
  • Develop meaningful performance metrics, dashboards, and accountability frameworks that provide realโ€‘time visibility into business health, execution quality, customer experience, and commercial outcomes.
  • Partner with Merchandising to optimize assortment strategies, pricing architecture, inventory flow, and distribution plans that align with luxury brand standards and customer demand.
  • Design talent strategies for emerging luxury categories by identifying capability needs and partnering with business leaders to strengthen expertise through hiring, training, coaching, and capability development.
  • Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify processes, enhance collaboration, and strengthen organizational capabilities across the luxury business.
  • Build trusted executive relationships with luxury brand partners by demonstrating operational excellence, transparent communication, and consistent execution that encourages continued investment and expansion with Bloomingdale's.
  • Leverage competitive intelligence, customer insights, and market trends to identify new growth opportunities and inform longโ€‘term portfolio strategy.
  • Lead change management efforts by effectively communicating priorities, aligning stakeholders, and fostering adoption of new operating models, processes, and best practices across the organization.
  • Present business performance, strategic recommendations, and portfolio insights to senior leadership and external brand partners, translating complex information into actionable business decisions.
