Family Solicitor

Family Law Solicitor sought by Merseyside law firm, panel accredited. Required to meet Legal Aid supervisory standards. Current membership of The Law Society's Family Law Accreditation OR The Law Society's Family Law Advanced Accreditation OR Current membership of The Law Society's Children Law Accreditation OR Current Part 1 (core assignment) of the Resolution Specialist Accreditation Scheme OR Current Resolution Specialist Accreditation Scheme. 3-6 month assignment, full or part time fine. The firm are prepared for remote working, although advocacy is included in the role.
