The Acupuncturist will work primarily onsite in our outpatient office setting, within a supportive and collaborative team of health professionals. The facility is designed to be tranquil and welcoming, fostering a soothing atmosphere that enhances patient experiences. Your work schedule will generally run from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with flexibility based on patient needs. As a Licensed Acupuncturist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Administering precise acupuncture treatments using sterile needles to ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Conducting thorough patient assessments, which involve discussing medical history and evaluating current health issues to craft personalized treatment plans.
• Implementing stress alleviation techniques through acupuncture interventions tailored to individual needs.
• Utilizing trigger point therapy to address muscular tension and discomfort, enhancing patient mobility and reducing pain levels.
• Maintaining consistent follow-up care, ensuring patients feel supported at every stage of their therapeutic journey.
• Designing and modifying individualized treatment regimens, adapting to patients’ evolving health statuses.

Our practice focuses on a diverse patient population, ranging from individuals seeking relief from chronic pain to those addressing stress management or seeking preventive health measures. If you possess skills in pediatric acupuncture, this will be advantageous as we also cater to younger patients looking for holistic treatment methods.

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, with a Master's Degree in Acupuncture preferred.
• A minimum of 1 year of hands-on clinical experience as a practicing Acupuncturist.
• A thorough understanding of human anatomy, the meridian system, and acupuncture principles.
• Exceptional diagnostic skills, enabling the precise crafting of treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Specialization in acute pain management techniques, using various acupuncture modalities.
• Commitment to providing superior patient service and maintaining quality throughout treatment cycles.

While not mandatory, the following qualities and experiences are preferred:

• Experience in pediatric acupuncture or related modalities.
• Familiarity with progressive pain management techniques beyond traditional acupuncture methods.
• A proactive approach to patient engagement and education about wellness practices.

Paradigm Auricular Acupuncture Wellness offers an attractive compensation package that includes:

• An annual salary range of $90,000 - $125,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
