Job description

Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant

Location: Glendale, CA (in person)
Job Type: Part-time, permanent
Hours: 25–30 hours/week, 3–5 days/week on site
Pay: $25-28.50/hour (depending on experience)

About the Role

We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to provide in-person business and personal support for The Copper Vessel, a Los Angeles–based sound healing and wellness company, and its founder.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating order, takes initiative, and can balance steady weekly rhythms with seasonal projects. The right person is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing email correspondence, working in Kajabi, processing shipments, and running errands to keep both home and business moving smoothly.

Business Support

  • General email management and correspondence
  • Flagging urgent messages or opportunities that need the founder's personal attention
  • Managing and responding to client inquiries
  • Coordinating incoming brand partnerships
  • Managing private events and corporate bookings
  • General customer service
  • Calendar and schedule management across multiple personal and business calendars
  • Event support, including availability to travel for retreats and events

Home & Errand Support

  • Drop off and pick up mail and packages, including post office runs
  • Assist with online orders, returns, and deliveries
  • Coordinate and receive recurring household deliveries
  • Drop off and pick up dry cleaning
  • Unpack and organize household supplies
  • Break down boxes and manage recycling

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an executive assistant or personal assistant
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills, plus the adaptability and willingness to learn new systems quickly
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with online orders, shipping systems, and email platforms
  • Background in hospitality or customer service is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay flexible as they shift
  • Reliable transportation for errands
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and professional

What We Value

  • A calm, grounded, and supportive presence
  • Initiative — someone who notices what needs to be done and takes action without being asked
  • Reliability, consistency, and clear communication
  • Integrity in every interaction
  • A positive attitude and genuine willingness to support both routine tasks and special projects

Culture & Alignment

Strong organizational skills matter here, and so does fit. This is a home and a business woven together, and the right person will feel at ease in both. The ideal candidate:

  • Brings warm, steady energy and enjoys creating beauty and order
  • Feels connected to values of mindfulness, wellness, meditation, or sound healing
  • Appreciates ritual, intention, and care in daily tasks — turning ordinary routines into meaningful practices
  • Thrives in an environment where family, creativity, and spirituality are honored
  • Is detail-oriented, grounded, and a little bit magical in their own way
