What You’ll Do

As a Caregiver/Personal Assistant, you will provide personalized, hands-on support tailored to each client’s needs. Responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding

  • Medication reminders

  • Mobility assistance (in-home and appointments)

  • Meal planning and preparation

  • Light housekeeping

  • Grocery shopping and errands

  • Transportation (appointments, school pick-up/drop-off, outings)

  • Providing parental support and respite care

  • Observing and reporting changes in condition

  • Responding responsibly in urgent or emergency situations Every day is different — and every client relationship is meaningful.

What We’re Looking For

Our ideal candidate is dependable, compassionate, and takes ownership of their role. Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in caregiving, healthcare, hospitality, or in-home support (preferred)

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable daily transportation

  • Ability to work independently in a one-on-one setting

  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and/or weekends

  • Commitment to enforcing health and safety standards

  • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation
