Job description

A multi-platform media & arts company is seeking a highly experienced Executive Personal Assistant to partner closely with its CEO. This is a high-impact, fast-paced role requiring seamless management of both business and personal priorities.

 

Required Experience

  • 10+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a similar, fast-paced, and high-performance environment required
  • Candidates must be coming directly from fast-paced environments (entertainment, finance, law, etc.)
  • Candidates must be coming directly from 1x1 Personal Assistant positions
  • Ability to commute to Midtown, NYC, 5x per week required
  • Experience in Media, Entertainment, or Arts is highly preferred

 

The Opportunity

  • Act as a true right hand to the CEO, managing day-to-day priorities across business and personal matters
  • Oversee complex calendar management, travel coordination, and logistics
  • Serve as liaison across internal teams, partners, and personal contacts
  • Support projects, meetings, and ongoing initiatives across multiple areas
  • Bring structure, organization, and efficiency to a dynamic environment
