Personal Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and proactive Personal Assistant to support both personal and professional daily operations. This position will work closely with leadership to manage schedules, appointments, family logistics, and household coordination. The ideal candidate is communicative, responsible, punctual, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities:

Scheduling & Coordination
  • Organize daily activities, schedules, and priorities
  • Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and reminders
  • Coordinate work, travel, and personal schedules
  • Assist with planning and tracking upcoming tasks and deadlines
  • Work directly with the COO to accomplish ongoing and upcoming priorities

Personal Support
  • Assist with children’s schedules, including school transportation, appointments, and extracurricular activities
  • Coordinate rides and schedule changes as needed
  • Help manage personal errands and daily tasks

Household & Administrative Support
  • Confirm payments of accounts, bills, and recurring expenses
  • Coordinate home repairs, car repairs, and other maintenance appointments
  • Assist with additional household or personal projects as needed
