Position Summary:
Manages, directs, and supervises the daily operations of the library's Administration Services Department including administrative support, human resources, financial activities, marketing, programs, technology, and project implementation. Works closely with appropriate staff to develop, enhance, and promote services of the library system. Established and maintains an effective working relationship with library staff, other departments within the County government and the residents that are served by the library. Closely supports the office of Executive Director in the planning for the short and long-term goals of the library and fills the role of the Executive Director in the Director's absence.
Pay Grade: 111
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration or a closely related field • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience • Any equivalent combination of training, education, and experience that provides the required skills, knowledge, and abilities.
