ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Agronomy Sales Rep, you start your day by connecting with farmers, understanding their crop needs, and offering tailored solutions. You oversee the management of agronomy inventory, ensuring everything is in top shape. Throughout the day, you assist with equipment maintenance, handle billing, and maintain strong client relationships with honesty and professionalism. You'll also collaborate with our team and attend mandatory agronomy meetings to stay updated on industry trends and contribute to our overall success.

The Minimum Qualifications to Be Considered:

  • 2+ years of crop production/agronomy experience
  • Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) certification
  • Licensed Commercial Applicator (1A, 1B, 1C)
  • Seed treatment certification
  • Class A CDL with tanker, doubles/triples, and HazMat endorsements
  • Knowledge of crop production systems and herbicide
  • Experience in crop scouting and staging
  • Expertise in seed placement and recommendations
  • Proficiency in fertilizer/soil sampling
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of motivation and organizational abilities
  • Willingness to engage in career advancement and additional training as recommended by senior staff
