Job description

Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics / Production Assistant to support daily logistics, dispatching, and production operations. This role will assist dispatchers with route planning, support drivers with delivery and equipment-related questions, and help coordinate box imprint and box production processes.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and very familiar with computers and office software. This position requires someone who can multitask, communicate effectively, and help ensure operations run smoothly across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics & Dispatch Support
  •  Assist dispatchers with route planning and delivery scheduling 
  •  Support drivers with delivery updates, routing questions, and equipment-related issues 
  •  Monitor delivery progress and communicate delays or issues to management 
  •  Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth order flow 
  •  Help maintain accurate delivery and dispatch records 
Production Support
  •  Assist with box imprint preparation and box production setup 
  •  Monitor production progress and report delays or operational concerns 
  •  Coordinate production schedules and priorities with the operations team 
  •  Ensure production materials and paperwork are prepared correctly 
  •  Support quality control and accuracy during production processes 
Administrative & Operational Support
  •  Enter and maintain data accurately in company systems 
  •  Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and operational documents 
  •  Communicate with internal departments regarding order and production status 
  •  Assist with general office and operational tasks as assigned 
  •  Help improve workflow efficiency and organization 
Qualifications
  •  Previous logistics, dispatching, warehouse, or production experience preferred 
  •  Strong computer skills required 
  •  Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook 
  •  Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment 
  •  Strong communication and problem-solving skills 
  •  Detail-oriented and highly organized 
  •  Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
  •  Bilingual is a plus
