Three Tone Enterprise is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Dispatch Coordinator to support the Logistics team by managing daily dispatch operations, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring timely, accurate order fulfillment. This is ideal for an organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can independently manage scheduling, tracking, and communication across multiple orders and delivery partners.


The successful candidate will possess strong dispatching and multi-tasking skills, excellent communication abilities, and a service-oriented mindset when working with internal teams, drivers, and customers. This individual takes ownership of daily dispatch activities and is committed to keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily dispatch activities, including scheduling and assigning orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Track deliveries in real time, proactively identify delays, and communicate status updates to internal teams and customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between drivers, internal teams, and customers for dispatch-related matters.
  • Perform accurate data entry to maintain dispatch logs, order records, and shipment documentation.
  • Monitor inventory and shipment information to ensure orders are processed and dispatched correctly.
  • Support customer service inquiries related to dispatch, delivery status, and order issues.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple dispatch requests simultaneously in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
  • Identify and resolve delivery or logistics issues quickly to minimize disruption to operations.
  • Collaborate with Logistics, Customer Service, and Fulfillment teams to support efficient day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:

  • Strong dispatching skills, including scheduling, tracking, and coordinating orders and deliveries.
  • Effective communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and customers.
  • Skilled multi-tasker, able to manage multiple orders, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Accurate data entry skills and strong attention to detail for maintaining dispatch logs and records.
  • Basic proficiency with computer systems, spreadsheets, and dispatch or logistics software.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a focus on timely issue resolution.


Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional education or experience in logistics, dispatch, or e-commerce is beneficial.
