Restoration Logistics & Dispatch CoordinatorWe are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Restoration Logistics & Dispatch Coordinator to help keep restoration projects moving efficiently from start to finish.
This position is responsible for coordinating schedules, vendors, customers, and project logistics. You will work closely with Project Managers, Technicians, customers, and vendors to ensure services and resources are scheduled, tracked, and communicated appropriately.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can manage multiple priorities, follow through on details, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for restoration projects.
  • Schedule and communicate with vendors, subcontractors, plumbers, and debris removal companies.
  • Coordinate and track contents pack-outs, storage, deliveries, and move-backs.
  • Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, project updates, and follow-up needs.
  • Communicate project needs and updates with Project Managers, Technicians, Accounting, Management, and other departments.
  • Track outstanding services, vendor commitments, customer needs, and project deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate and timely project information in scheduling and management systems.
  • Document important calls, communications, updates, and project activity in correspondence notes so the entire team can clearly understand the status of the project.
  • Identify scheduling or logistical issues and follow through to resolution.
  • Assist other departments as needed to keep projects organized and moving forward.
