Operations & Billing Coordinator

LaSalle Network is hiring an Operations & Billing Coordinator for a hybrid opportunity with a growing transportation and logistics organization in Itasca, IL. Responsibilities include:

  • Upload invoices to customer portals
  • Process billing documentation and support basic billing functions
  • Communicate with customers and finance teams via email
  • Upload PODs (Proofs of Delivery) and shipment documentation
  • Enter and update customer information in a Transportation Management System (TMS)
  • Monitor shared inboxes and respond to documentation requests
  • Provide shipment tracking information and updates
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Support general operational and administrative tasks

Requirements include:

  • High school diploma required
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills
  • Comfortable working with data entry and documentation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
