What’s a typical day as Data Entry Logistics Clerk? You’ll be:
  • Entering and updating shipment and billing information into the Transportation Management System (TMS).
  • Reviewing and updating Bills of Lading (BOLs) to ensure accuracy and consistency with company records.
  • Processing, scanning, and uploading Proof of Delivery (POD) documents and shipment paperwork.
  • Verifying the accuracy of all data entered and promptly correcting any discrepancies.
  • Collaborating with operations, billing, and dispatch teams to ensure documentation is complete and properly recorded.
  • Maintaining organized electronic records and supporting additional administrative tasks as needed.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred).
  • Bring 1-2 years of experience in data entry, billing, or administration within logistics, transportation, or supply chain environments.
  • Possess strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data processing.
