Join the Atlas Logistics Team as a Data Coordinator!

We're looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Data Coordinator. This role supports day-to-day shipment operations by maintaining accurate data, assisting with billing processes, tracking shipments, and delivering excellent customer service throughout the shipment lifecycle.
What You'll Do:
  • Enter and maintain accurate shipment data in the dispatch system, ensuring all shipment details are properly recorded from start to finish.
  • Provide data entry support for agents to maintain system accuracy and integrity.
  • Monitor the STG and AWG inboxes, collaborating with operations teams to ensure timely and accurate shipment updates and billing.
  • Assist with billing processes, including recording invoices in third-party systems and ensuring all financial data is properly documented.
  • Track shipment progress and proactively communicate updates, issues, or delays to customers to ensure a high level of service.
  • Support coordination efforts across internal teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support team success.

Qualifications
What You'll Need:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 0-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, administrative support, or logistics/transportation, or a combination of education and experience.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Basic understanding of logistics processes and shipment lifecycle is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
