Job Details
This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business.

Shift Details:Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm

Pay Details: Pay starting at $24.00 with potential for up to $29.00 based on a variety of earning opportunities including shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses

Responsibilities:

  • Supports resolution of moderately complex shipment, inventory, and reconciliation issues to maintain operational continuity.
  • Allocates shipment materials, handling resources, and required documentation to sustain routine and specialized product movement.
  • Controls inventory and order-processing records to maintain transaction accuracy, stock visibility, and fulfillment readiness.
  • Verifies that released orders progress through defined warehouse processes in line with routing and documentation requirements.
  • Plans workflow priorities across receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities to meet throughput needs.
  • Schedules shipment coordination activities based on release status, pickup timing, and operating dependencies.
  • Summarizes operational status, traceability information, and exception updates to aid warehouse control and monitoring.

Education:

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.

  • Associate's degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.

Work Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.
  • Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.
