Job description

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Data Entry specialist to support our growing operations and order management team. This is a contracted 6 month role, focused heavily on accurate order entry, shipment coordination, and day-to-day operational support.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and follow-through are critical. This role will work closely with the warehouse, wholesale team, and logistics partners to ensure orders are processed and shipped on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manually enter and release sales orders in SAP Business One (SAP B1) with a high level of accuracy
  • Monitor open orders daily to ensure timely processing and shipments
  • Troubleshoot order issues and help resolve shipping delays or discrepancies
  • Submit ASNs, shipping documentation, labels, and tracking information to customers and retailers
  • Support routing and appointment scheduling for wholesale orders
  • Assist with Amazon and e-commerce order processing as needed
  • Track daily shipments to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
  • Maintain open order reports and communicate shipment updates internally
  • Support inventory transfers and operational inventory adjustments when needed
  • Coordinate with warehouse partners to confirm inventory availability and shipping status
  • Assist with freight booking and delivery coordination for wholesale and operational needs
  • Maintain accurate operational records, tracking sheets, and shipping documentation
  • Qualifications
  • Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable handling repetitive manual data entry with accuracy
  • Strong follow-up and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with SAP Business One, ERP systems, or order entry preferred
