Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Data Entry Specialist to join a fast-paced transportation and logistics team. The ideal candidate will have experience in trucking, freight, or transportation environments and be comfortable working within the TMW Transportation Management System (TMS).


Responsibilities

• Enter load, shipment, driver, and customer information into TMW

• Gather and process PODs (Proofs of Delivery) from carriers

• Create and maintain Bills of Lading (BOLs) and shipping documentation

• Audit freight bills and shipment records for accuracy

• Maintain accurate customer and carrier information

• Assist with invoicing, reporting, and logistics coordination

• Ensure compliance with transportation procedures and data accuracy standards


Qualifications

• Previous logistics, transportation, dispatch, or freight experience preferred

• Experience with TMW/TMW Suite software strongly preferred

• Strong data entry and typing accuracy

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook

• Knowledge of transportation and logistics terminology

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication skills

• Bilingual English/Spanish required


Schedule: M-F 8AM-5PM
