Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to support supply chain and administrative operations in Wappingers Falls, NY. This part-time role plays a key role in ensuring accurate data entry, purchase order tracking, and inventory support to keep operations running efficiently.

Logistics Assistant Responsibilities:
Purchase Orders & Data Entry
  • Enter and maintain purchase orders with a high level of accuracy
  • Update order dates and track shipment timelines
  • Ensure purchase orders align with confirmed sales and delivery schedules
Logistics & Inventory Support
  • Perform data entry for cycle counts and support inventory accuracy
  • Process vendor invoices and maintain related documentation
