Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Logistics Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the logistics and supply chain operations of our organization. You will assist in coordinating the transportation and distribution of goods, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with coordinating and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update databases regularly.
  • Communicate with suppliers and carriers to resolve issues related to orders and shipments.
  • Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs forms.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in reordering supplies as necessary.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a logistics, supply chain, or administrative role is preferred.
