Job description

Bilingual logistics assistant is responsible for providing administrative support in a logistics unit or organization. The tasks that they handle may include clerical, warehouse, and customer service, and housekeeping in their area of assignment.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Email screening
  • Plan and schedule appointments, events and travels
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks
  • Occasional errands

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
