Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay: $25–$31/hour (DOE)
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Assistant with Mandarin language skills to support purchasing, logistics coordination, and communication with international partners. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing manufacturing company and gain hands-on experience in supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with overseas manufacturing partners in Mandarin (required)
Assist with purchase orders, supplier communication, and inventory tracking
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
Monitor stock levels and update internal systems
Support logistics documentation and ensure compliance requirements are met
Collaborate with warehouse, operations, and accounting teams
Provide general administrative support to the logistics/purchasing team
Qualifications
Bilingual in Mandarin (required)
1–3 years of experience in logistics, purchasing, procurement, or administrative support (manufacturing preferred)
Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Oracle, JobBoss, etc.) is a plus, but not required
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (preferred, not required)
