If you're interested in supply chains, operations, and how everything comes together after harvest, this is your chance to jump in and learn by doing.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Help weigh and record incoming product straight from the field
  • Support shipping documentation and ensure accuracy
  • Monitor shipment details like temperature logs and ETAs
  • Keep records organized for audits and traceability
  • Assist with order entry and internal systems
  • Help coordinate communication between field, cooling, and logistics teams
  • Support inventory tracking and reconciliation
  • (Optional) Assist with forklift operations if trained and certified
  • Follow all food safety and workplace safety standards

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
  • Able to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally
  • Willing to work in outdoor conditions (heat up to 110°F and cold as low as 30°F)
