DC Warehouse Intern

 ROLE AND DEPARTMENT 

Barcelona and Weilbach Distribution Centers are two of Coty's key distribution hubs, shipping products worldwide. We are looking for a Warehouse & Transport Intern to join our Supply Chain team.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both Warehouse Operations and International Transportation. The intern will work closely with the Warehouse and Transport teams, supporting daily operations, performance monitoring and issue resolution, while developing a solid understanding of end-to-end distribution processes.


  THE ROLE 

In this role you will work on:

  • Learn and support daily warehouse operations and processes

  • Assist in the monitoring and reporting of operational KPIs

  • Support stock control activities and inventory accuracy initiatives

  • Help investigate and resolve operational incidents and discrepancies

  • Collaborate with warehouse, Customer Service and Transportation teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

  • Support the monitoring of daily outbound activities and export shipments

  • Assist in the preparation and validation of transport and shipping documentation

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and operational projects

  • Develop knowledge of international transportation and export processes

  • Gain exposure to SAP 

We'd love to see candidates who have:

Essential: 

  • Final year student of a degree or a postgraduate/master program in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or a related field

  • Strong interest in Warehousing, Transportation and Supply Chain operations. 

  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment 

  • Good organizational skills.

  • Fluency in English and Spanish

Desirable: 

  • Knowledge of SAP, WMS or other operational systems

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Previous internship or academic project related to Logistics or Supply Chain

  • Interest in international transportation and export operations

  • Driver's license
