Job description

Container Manufacturing, Inc. is a plastics blow molding plant that manufactures various measuring containers, commodity F-Styles, and custom bottles for customers both domestic and international. While bottle production is our mainstay, fostering the productivity of our employees and machines is equally important. We rely on the position of the Supervisor to achieve this objective.

Objectives of this Role

·Monitor Machines

·Troubleshoot machine errors that stop machine production

·Observe grease and oil levels

·Quality Control

·Logging hourly quality checks

·Bottle quality examination i.e., checking for spots and blemishes on bottles coming off machine line/printer.

·Warehouse Organization

·Maintaining a current count of Work in Progress (W.I.P.) as well as completed pallets

·Moving completed pallets via fork truck or hand jack, around the plant for storage, processing, or transfer to satellite warehouse

·Secondary Operations

·Setup pad printing machines, linear, and rotary machines.

Skills and Qualifications

· High school diploma or GED

· 3+ years experience in warehouse environment

· Forklift Certified

· Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedure and policy

· Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities

· Ability to work with all levels of company staff

· Comfortable delivering frequent direct written and oral feedback

Preferred Qualifications

· Bilingual (English, Spanish)

· Any Experience with Plastic Blow molding machines

· Drivers License and access to a personal vehicle.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
