Hold the Florida Certificate of Authorization and serve as qualifying PE. Responsibilities include sealing engineering documents (grading, drainage, utilities, paving, permitting), leading project design, managing subconsultants, representing the firm in agency meetings (SFWMD, SJRWMD, Orange/Osceola/Seminole counties), and providing construction administration.

  • Ability to serve as FBPE qualifying agent

Preferred: Central Florida land development experience, consulting PM background, FDOT familiarity, entrepreneurial mindset
