Job description

Civil Engineer ASR International Corporation

Location: Puget Sound โ€“ Bremerton Area, WA

Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Summary: ASR International Corporation is seeking Civil Engineers to provide Design Technical Support services for NAVFAC Northwest. The Civil Engineer will support site civil design, utilities, stormwater, and related infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and support site layout and grading design, water and sanitary sewer systems, and stormwater calculations and design.
  • Evaluate civil design documents for compliance with applicable codes, UFC criteria, and project requirements.
  • Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for design review and coordination.
  • Provide technical recommendations and coordinate with multi-discipline teams and government stakeholders.
  • Prepare technical reports and support weekly/monthly status reporting.
Minimum Qualifications
  • U.S. Citizenship required (Green Card holders are not eligible to apply).
  • Must be able to pass a T1 security background check.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program.
  • Minimum of six (6) years of design management and/or design experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with site civil design, utilities, and stormwater systems.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong technical writing and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience with NAVFAC or DoD civil/site design projects.
