Prime Staffing is seeking a qualified provider for an exciting assignment.

Start Date: 08/10/2026

Contract Length: Ongoing

Shift Details: 12hr shifts, 3 weekend shifts per month are required. Start times will vary between 6:30a, 9:30a or 11:30a. Locusm rarely work 11:30 shift.

Schedule: Locums send availability and UCI books. Weekend shifts are hard requirement. 3 per month if working full time, 2 per month is working per diem.

Support staff: Anesthesiologist supervising up to 3 CRNAs. We are a training site for Residents. Anesthesiology will supervise up to 3 CRNA's at one time

Department description: This facility has a Medical Direction model with Faculty. Trauma level 1 facility with very high acuity, co-morbidity and overall sick patients. Providers must be able to see high acuity patients and know that majority of their day will be seeing very sick patients.

EMR: EPIC

Skills required: General cases for ortho, gyn, gen surg, No OB, peds or hearts.

Must have extensive trauma level 2 experience in order to present. Ideal candidate has worked academic trauma level 1

Credentialing Timeframe: 30-45 days

ALL-INCLUSIVE

OT: 1.5x x normal rate after 40 hours per week

Holiday: 1.5x normal rate - New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day 00:00 - 23:59

OT Rule: After 40 hours per week.
