Position Title: Lockbox Processor 1
Business Unit: Treasury Management
Reports To: Manager of Treasury Management Product and Operations Support
Position Overview:
This position is primarily responsible for processing electronic and manual lockboxes. The incumbent explains lockbox services to current customers, answers questions and solves problems.
Primary Responsibilities:
Prepares and processes manual lockbox payments, tracks daily activity and adds to spreadsheet per customer.
Prepares and processes electronic lockbox payments while meeting deadlines.
Creates and processes monthly billing for lockbox customers.
Answers customers' questions and explains available services.
Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
