Job Description
Location: La Mirada, CA
Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Join a team that plays a critical role in keeping lockbox operations running efficiently and ensuring customer transactions are processed accurately and on time. As a Senior Lead Workflow Coordinator, you'll help drive daily production, balance workloads, and make real-time decisions that support operational success.
What You'll Do:
  • Coordinate daily workflow activities to ensure production deadlines and cutoff times are met.
  • Monitor volumes and adjust priorities to keep work moving efficiently.
  • Partner with operations teams to identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks.
  • Make timely decisions to support productivity, quality, and customer commitments.
  • Assist with staffing and workflow adjustments based on business needs.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency and performance.
  • Step into production activities when needed, including mail processing, extraction, scanning, and equipment operation.What Makes This Role Exciting:

Basic Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Four to five years or more of operations services related work experience

Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Knowledge of products, services, terminology, procedures and systems related to assigned area, as well as applicable laws and regulatory requirements
  • Proven commitment to high quality customer service
  • Ability to work well with external and internal customers
  • Good time management skills to maximize production and execution of tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Good understanding and knowledge of internal policies and procedures within Operations Services and enterprise wide
  • Physical requirements could include lifting trays of work, pushing carts of work, standing or sitting for extended periods of time, and repetitive motions
  • Ability to identify, analyze and resolve exceptions through data interpretation
  • Strong PC skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
