As Print Localization Manager, you will lead a team of Project Managers responsible for the localization of printed materials, including Info Guides, QuickStart Guides, and Features & Benefits labels. This role demands strong communication skills and sound decision-making to ensure on-time delivery while upholding Apple's highest quality standards.Short timelines and late-breaking project changes are a constant in this team's environment. You will draw on your deep knowledge of packaging workflows to propose creative solutions and make decisive calls that position the team for continued success. You will collaborate cross-functionally with partners across Operations, Compliance, Legal, Environmental, Design, Engineering, and Localization - supporting ongoing initiatives and driving new environmental efforts across packaging.You will be responsible for empowering and developing your team members, guiding them through localization workflows, and ensuring alignment on project management strategies. You will lead the team through an evolving packaging landscape and champion the adoption of emerging technologies to further advance quality and efficiency.
Extensive experience leading customer-facing programs across documentation or software platforms.Proven expertise in scoping, scheduling, and resourcing multiple complex projects in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely delivery.Experience managing projects involving sensitive content, such as legal, regulatory, or compliance materials.Demonstrated ability to provide guidance, direction, and day-to-day oversight of a project management team.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage engineering, design, and content teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of localized assets.Proven track record of driving continuous process improvements and implementing scalable solutions to meet aggressive delivery schedules.Self-motivated and proactive, with a demonstrated ability to independently learn and adopt new technologies.Experience utilizing genAI to help drive efficiencies and transform workflows.
Fluency in a second language.Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience in Computer Science.
