Located within the Four Seasons Resort Maui, Spago combines Wolfgang Puck’s legendary cuisine with the spirit of aloha. Our award-winning restaurant offers stunning ocean views, exceptional service, and a menu that celebrates the freshest local ingredients with a sophisticated California flair.

Responsibilities:

  • Craft and serve cocktails, wine, and beverages to restaurant and bar guests with precision and creativity

  • Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service that reflects the Spago brand and Wolfgang Puck’s philosophy

  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all health and safety standards

  • Assist in creating seasonal cocktail features and supporting beverage programs

  • Handle cash and POS transactions accurately and efficiently

  • Work collaboratively with servers, hosts, and culinary staff to ensure seamless guest experiences

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of bartending experience in an upscale or fine dining environment

  • Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wine, and spirits

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting

  • Commitment to consistency, hospitality, and teamwork

  • Must be 21 years or older and possess a valid Hawaii Alcohol Server Permit (or ability to obtain)
