Job description

We are looking for local Maui residents to join our operations team as a Full-Time Base Dispatcher. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, values reliability, and wants to be part of a strong local team that supports one another and the island we call home.

Our operation is built on clear communication, accountability, and respect. We are continuing to strengthen our team and are looking to add individuals who want long-term stability, meaningful work, and the opportunity to grow alongside a solid organization.


About the Role

As a Base Dispatcher, you will support the daily flow of operations by coordinating schedules, communicating with drivers and on-site teams, and helping ensure everything runs smoothly for our guests and our crew.

This is a full-time position based primarily in the office, with occasional on-site work when needed. You’ll gain a strong understanding of how operations run from the inside and become a key part of our company’s success.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting daily operations through clear communication and organization

  • Coordinating schedules, check-in times, and operational details

  • Communicating with drivers, on-site staff, and leadership throughout the day

  • Monitoring traffic, road closures, and local events to avoid disruptions and weather

  • Updating reservations and internal systems accurately

  • Coordinating meals, admissions, and logistics with local vendors

  • Supporting on-site operations when needed

  • Contributing to a respectful, reliable, and positive work environment


Schedule Expectations

  • Full-time role with a flexible schedule based on operations

  • Some days may start earlier or end later, depending on operational needs

  • Effective communication, reliability, and teamwork are essential


Who We’re Looking For

Required:

  • Must be a local Maui resident

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, dispatch, administration, or a similar role

  • Comfortable using computers and basic office systems
