Job description

Our history:
Hawaiian Building Maintenance was founded in 1957 in Honolulu as a janitorial services company. As Hawai’i’s commercial landscape evolved, so did we.
Over the decades, HBM expanded its capabilities to meet the growing needs of property owners and managers — moving from single-service delivery to integrated building support across multiple disciplines. Today, HBM operates as a full-service asset services partner, supporting performance, reliability, and long-term value across the Hawaiian Islands.
While our services have grown, our commitment to dependable service, local relationships, and accountable execution has remained constant for more than 60 years.
Join our Team on Maui!
Hawaiian Building Maintenance is more than a workplace — it’s a team built on respect, growth, and shared responsibility. We’re always looking for people who take pride in their work and want to build a long-term career supporting Hawai’i’s buildings and communities. We currently perform janitorial building services, mechanical engineering, HVAC and maintenance services for numerous commercial, retail and residential properties on Kaua'i, O'ahu, Maui and Hawai'i island. We also offer restoration services for various issues, including water damage, fire damage, and mold remediation on Oahu. We offer competitive wages, a 401(k) plan, holiday pay, vacation pay, and more! We are an equal opportunity employer.
Custodian Floater:
Compensation: $16.00 per hour
