Job Summary 
HiHealthCare is seeking experienced and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our home care team on a per diem or part-time basis. As a Home Care CNA, you will provide essential support to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and ensuring their overall well-being. 
Key Responsibilities 
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Provide mobility assistance, including transfers, positioning, and walking support.
  • Help with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring proper nutrition.
  • Monitor and report changes in clients’ health conditions to nurses or supervisors.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
  • Follow individualized care plans and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
 
  • Active CNA certification in Hawaii.
  • CPR and First Aid certification (preferred but may be required upon hire).
  • no experience required, we are willing to train.
  • Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
  • Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving clients’ quality of life.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes.
