Job description

ATA Services, Inc., is looking for a full-time Data Entry Operator for Vermont's Department of Health Access. You'd be a part of a team of individuals striving to help Vermonters receive access to long-term living benefits. Please apply, we can't wait to work with you!

Job Description:
This role focuses on the processing of front-end setup for long term care applications. Health Access uses 4 different computer applications to process paperwork and set up accounts. There will be training on all required applications.
Duties:

  • Perform data entry into MS Access database from data submitted.
  • Data may be found in PDF, Excel, or hard-copy documents.
  • Data is identified and entered the MS Access database correctly and timely.
Additional Skills:
  • Ability to understand and follow complex instructions.
  • Ability to multitask and perform detailed oriented work.
Qualifications:
  • Strong computer experience, data entry, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Word skills.
  • Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • High School Diploma or the equivalent.
