Vaco is partnering in the search for a Data Entry Specialist. This role is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information within internal systems while supporting daily operational processes in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform high-volume data entry with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency Review and verify information for completeness and consistency Update and maintain records across multiple systems and databases Process incoming documents and ensure information is properly categorized and routed Assist with administrative and operational support tasks as needed Qualifications: 1-3 years of data entry, administrative, or office support experience Strong computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently Experience handling electronic documents and maintaining accurate records Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Effective written and verbal communication abilities Key Skills: Ability to manage repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy Strong time management and multitasking abilities Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills Reliable, professional, and adaptable team player Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
