Data Entry Administrative Assistant

Full Time | Temp to Hire

Monday - Friday | 8am - 5pm

$18/hour

We are currently recruiting for a local company who is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Administrative Assistant to join their team. This role is heavily focused on data entry and administrative support, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys organized work, maintaining accuracy, and supporting day-to-day accounting functions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who works well independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.

What We're Looking For:
We are seeking someone who takes pride in accuracy, enjoys staying organized, and is eager to contribute to a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and maintain daily data accurately and efficiently
  • Enter daily bank transactions for Accounts Receivable (A/R)
  • Generate customer invoices
  • Assist with receiving goods and entering Accounts Payable (A/P) invoices
  • Enter weekly checks as needed
  • Support the accounting department with administrative tasks and special projects
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity
  • Perform repetitive and detail-focused tasks with a high level of accuracy

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
  • Comfortable performing repetitive and process-driven work
  • Flexible and adaptable in a changing environment
