Responsibilities for a Data Entry Clerk include but are not limited to:

• Accurately key high-volume data from images and documents using full keyboard and numeric pad
• Follow customer instructions and screen prompts to ensure data integrity and compliance
• Meet daily production and deadline requirements in a fast-paced environment
• Identify and resolve out-of-balance transactions and report system issues when necessary

Candidates for Data Entry Clerk must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Minimum typing speed of 8,400 keystrokes per hour (KSPH) with score listed on resume
• Strong PC skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently
• Ability to work in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision
• Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills; team-oriented mindset required
