Data Entry Clerk Admin Needed - Invoicing
Pay: $19-$24 (D.O.E)
LHH is currently seeking a Data Entry Clerk for our client located in Tempe, AZ. Are you someone with quick typing skills, an analytical mind, exceptional attention to detail and a passion for precision? If so, this is the position for you! This position is a chance for the candidate to gain valuable experience and network within a reputable corporate organization.
Job Duties:
  • Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information
  • Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
  • Secures information by completing data base backups.
  • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Job Qualifications:
  • 1+ year data entry experience required
  • Advanced computer application skills including MS Office Suite with advanced functions in MS Excel
  • Advanced mathematical skills
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
