Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with entering and updating data in spreadsheets and company databases
  • Accurately input, verify, and maintain records to ensure data integrity
  • Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct as needed
  • Organize and manage electronic files and documents
  • Perform routine data audits and quality checks
  • Support team members with administrative tasks related to data management
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately

Qualifications & Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Basic computer and typing skills (fast and accurate entry)
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Preferred Traits

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
